However, if your order arrives damaged or defective, we are happy to offer a replacement. To qualify for a replacement, please follow these steps:
Report the issue within 10 days of receiving your order.
Provide clear photos of the damaged or defective product and its packaging.

Once we verify the damage, we will send a replacement as soon as possible.
